A detailed introduction to the InRhythm methodology

Industry Immersion

A step by step methodology to the discipline of understanding the industry. It will enable the participants to understand the nature of the industry, key players involved and sources of competitive advantage.

Customer Discovery

This discipline will introduce the participants to the process of identifying dominant customers that the business should serve, their pain-points and also identifying those customers whom the business should identify not to serve.

Competition Deep-diving

Having a deep understanding of all forms of competitions really differentiates Rhythmic Product Managers. This module will cover some of the best practices in doing a deep-dive into Competition and structuring as much information about Competition in easy- to- digest manner

Unique Positioning

After understanding the Customers and their needs and Competitive alternatives, the product managers will go through a unique positioning exercise that will enable the business unit to gain competitive advantage and build a robust offering around it.

Business Modeling

This is a validation step where in the participants validate the “Business-Solution” fit and evaluate whether the business fits with the core competency.

Dashboarding

Participants will capture the key objectives in a easy to understand dashboard. This dashboard will become the foundation for actionable decisions and metrics for the whole of the business unit.

Customer Advisory Boarding

Early involvement and validation from customers is the essence of Agile Rhythm. On Day 2 itself, the team will form a Customer Advisory Board of real customers that will actively validate the business charter and product roadmap.

Product Road Mapping

Based on the business charter, the teams will choose different frameworks and brainstorm key product initiatives, prioritize them and create a product roadmap.

Product Dashboarding

Based on the business charter dashboard and the roadmap, the teams will further expand the dashboard to capture the key product goals in terms of simple yet powerful actionable metrics.

MVP Story Boarding

This is the core step where the details of the product initiatives get flushed down and a Minimal Viable Product Scope is created.
