For about two decades, Gunjan Doshi – the founder of InRhythm™advised around 20 different businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to fast-growing small businesses and newborn startups. He studied the cultures, structures, and leaders of companies that employees loved to work for. He found that office politics, non-caring bosses, and cubicle culture not only destroy companies, but transform smart, motivated workers into zombies.
