Gunjan holds a MBA from Columbia University and London Business School and Masters in Computer Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Rob Myers, Lead Agile Coach

Rob Myers is a world-class Agile Coach with 26 years of professional delivery and leadership experience on software development teams, and has consulted for leading companies in aerospace, government, medical, software, and financial sectors. He has been training and coaching organizations in Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Extreme Programming (XP) methods and practices since 1999. Courses include Essential Test-Driven Development and Essential Agile Principles and Practices. Alex Khotyanov, Senior Agile Developer/Technical Lead

Alex is a passionate entrepreneur, agile/tdd process advocate, enterprise software lead developer and technology generalist. Most recently Alex worked at few start-ups, including one of his own. He previously worked at Google and DoubleClick on many projects for over 9 years. Outside of work Alex likes to stay up to date on technology and software architecture, think up new start-up ideas and optimize current processes.

She has over 15 years of diverse experience in Information Technology with emphasis on Quality Assurance including building, growing, defining processes, managing a QA department from ground up in various organizations and sizes (onshore and offshore). Her pro-active positive attitude lends the ability to have an efficient management style while maintaining a hands-on approach to critical day-to-day problem solving.
