Gunjan Doshi is the Founder & CEO of InRhythm. A 20-year practitioner of the digital industry, Gunjan’s strategic vision helps clients bring critical products to market by leveraging InRhythm’s core competencies in UX, Agile, Engineering, and DevOps. Gunjan holds an MBA from Columbia University and London Business School and a Master in Computer Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. An active community member, Gunjan serves on the Advisory Board for the two non-profits dedicated to promoting academic and personal excellence in youth. He is also an active angel investor and sits on the board of some of the fastest growing firms like Booker.com and Yodle.com.
Shivani is an experienced leader and product visionary with 15+ years of proven successes across innovation, product development, process and organizational changes to fuel growth, with a proven track record of leading business lines to growth and profitability. Prior to InRhythm, Shivani worked at Ziff Davis as the VP and GM of New Business Ventures and Data Initiative where she drove the strategy, growth, and profitability of Ziff Davis’ industry-leading data products and services, as well as launched new lines of businesses across Ziff Davis. In her free time, Shivani loves spending time with her 2 kids, meditating and traveling. She hopes to also complete a marathon in the next 2 years.
Sina is a firm believer in the marriage between technology and art in the creation of aesthetically beautiful and useful products in any form; software being one of them. He brings over 13 years of industry knowledge to InRhythm. He is well-versed in Software Architecture Design, User Interface, and User Experience development. As part of the InRhythm family, he was the driving force behind the creation and deployment of internal company strategy used for project planning and building up our pods of engineers. Outside of InRhythm, Sina is the founder of ColorCode.io, host of TheDrunkWeb podcast, and drummer in the NYC band CreativeJuice.
Joe Cahill, Director of UX Design, is a devoted student who is committed to learning and growing daily. Prior to working at InRhythm Joe was a senior UX designer at IBM working with a wide range of products, teams, and services. His 17+ years of industry experience includes building creative departments, leading teams, pitching clients and mentoring future creative directors for companies like Toys ‘R’ Us and Sports Authority, as well as clothing manufacturers and travel domains. Joe is a part-time coder, scrum master, empanada maestro, and brings the comic relief to any situation. In his free time, he enjoys cycling (mountain and road), painting, and documenting life on Instagram. He is also a Star Wars enthusiast, New York Mets superfan, has officiated over 15 weddings, and teaches free STEM classes to family and friends.
John Singh abides by the saying, “all code is guilty until proven innocent.” He attributes his success in the field to consistently working to push himself in everything he does to be better than before, which is why he is the go-to and trusted advisor to our customers and their SDET practices. John brings over 16 years of industry and global experience, working across three continents, to InRhythm. Under John, the SDET practice has been implementing efficient test automation processes. During his downtime, John loves spending quality time with his two kids, cheering on his favorite football team, Liverpool and trying different cuisines.
Suman is constantly trying to learn new things and challenge himself, driving change for future growth and looking for ways to enhance his analytical abilities. His 15 years of finance experience include stints with GE, NBC, and Cerberus Capital. Prior to joining InRhythm, Suman served as VP of Financial Planning and Analysis at Nielsen, overseeing the $2.5 billion Media business in New York and Connecticut. He enjoys working out, cycling, music, traveling and any type of food (especially food trucks), and is an avid Chicago sports fan. He and his wife currently devote much of their free time to their new baby boy, Dylan James.
