The Client
InRhythm is a trusted partner of a multinational financial services corporation known for its credit cards, travelers’ cheques, corporate banking, and insurance products. In 2017, they were named the 23rd most valuable brand in the world and the highest within financial services.
The Opportunity
They turned to InRhythm to assist in the creation of a platform to help boost conversion rates for their card applicants and increase the number of prospects and card members who completed applications by simplifying and streamlining the process, while recognizing the need for flexibility and personalization. To do this they were looking to roll out a Digital eXperience Platform (DXP) that would be a fully responsive, dynamic card application experience to handle US Consumer Services proprietary, digital applications.
The InRhythm Impact
InRhythm’s team of four engineers helped with the design and delivery of the DXP platform that is now a fully responsive, dynamic card application experience that handles more than 80% of all traffic for US Consumer Services proprietary, digital applications.
Twelve months after launch, InRhythm’s impact was an uplift in application submission rates of +6.1%, new accounts acquired were up 9.2%, and billed business acquired was up over $406m.
