Brian is a Practice Lead for our Web Practice, and is responsible for ensuring his teams deliver high quality code in a consistent manner that exceeds client expectations. He is passionate about building high performing teams that work together seamlessly, helping others advance within the industry by taking a people centric approach, and incorporating compassion into his code. Prior to InRhythm, Brian held the position of Lead Engineer and Team Lead for development teams at ADP, Boeing and IBM.
