VP, Customer Experience and Success
As the VP of Customer Experience and Success, Michelle strives everyday to fulfill one of our core values here at InRhythm – obsessing about our customer’s success. Prior to joining us, Michelle was a Chief Operating Officer at Prospect 33 and played a role leading and optimizing operations to deliver the best possible environment for clients and teams to implement a people-first approach at global scale. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts from William & Mary with a focus on Sociology and History. She enjoys reading, writing, running and spending time with family, friends and her black Lab mix – a rescue named Porter.
